ABOUT ME

I am passionate about what I do. I love listening to stories and exploring a person's behaviour and responses to unexpected events. For years, I have had a desire to help people and I believe I have gained the knowledge, skills and insight to support the struggles and challenges people may be faced with in life. Throughout my life I have learnt to explore and manage my thoughts and emotions through different creative pathways and outlets which has led me to have a deep interest in counselling and the relationship art plays in therapy. I believe we deserve to live the best and be fulfilled out of our complex lives.
