About Me.

I am the founder of ArtReach Collective providing the following services. I am a qualified Mental Health Counsellor practising in Melbourne. Having over 10 years’ experience in the Disability and Mental Health sector. Having experience leading a group of young children from my local youth group I have gained insight and experience and confidence working and creatively engaging with young people. With 15 years working as an artist in the creative arts field I have combined my two passions to empower people work through life’s challenges and live their best possible lives.

1. I provide Art Therapeutic Counselling sessions for people with Disabilities and Mental Health Vulnerabilities on the NDIS. Art Counselling is a therapeutic approach that combines traditional counseling techniques with artistic or creative processes. It involves using various art forms, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, or other creative activities, as a means for individuals to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Art counseling aims to provide a non-verbal outlet for self-expression and self-discovery.

2. Art Classes for people with Disabilities and Mental Health Vulnerabilities on the NDIS. Together we learn about Art History and inspirational artists the clients connect to, we delve deeper into technique and build on skill whilst having fun and engaging sessions.

3. I run dynamic and engaging Art classes for neuro diverse children aged 3 and up. Together we discover a basic history of art, gain inspiration from the great artists and with the use of a range of mixed media art materials your children will create art they will be proud of!
