About Me.

I am the founder of a boutique Art Therapy practise - ArtReach Collective. I am a qualified Mental Health Therapist and Counsellor practising from a home studio in Caulfield North, Melbourne. I have had over 10 years’ experience in the Disability and Mental Health sector helping people with disabilities, autism and mental health challenges. Over the years I have gained insight and experience and confidence working and creatively engaging with young people. With over 20 years working as an artist in the creative arts field I have combined my two passions to empower people work through life’s challenges and live their best possible lives.

1. I provide Art Therapy sessions for people with Disabilities and Mental Health Vulnerabilities on the NDIS. Art Therapy is a therapeutic approach that combines traditional counselling techniques with artistic or creative processes. It involves using various art forms, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, or other creative activities, as a means for individuals to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Art Therapy aims to provide a non-verbal outlet for self-expression and self-discovery.

2. Art Classes for people with Disabilities and Mental Health Vulnerabilities on the NDIS. Together we learn about Art History and inspirational artists the clients connect to, we delve deeper into technique and build on skill whilst having fun and engaging sessions.
